Overview of Cases & Deals
Cases and deals help you group contacts, notes, emails, and files together that relate to the same project or initiative.
How to use Cases
Cases help you organize communication – notes, emails, files – in one place. This is an easy way to keep track of how a project is progressing and share important information with your team.
Notes & emails can be added directly to a case, or added to a contact and also filed to a case. That way, the information can be found in either context.
There are many different ways to use cases in Highrise. For example, if you're hiring a new employee, you could create a case to keep candidate information organized and shared with the right people.

How to use Deals
Deals are money-based projects that help you track information about proposals, bids, RFPs, or any other transaction with a monetary value. Deals have 3 stages – pending, won, or lost – to track the stages of your project.
Like cases, notes & emails can be added directly to a deal, or added to a contact and also filed to a deal. That way, the information can be found in either context.

Deals are a simple way to track sales and bids that are in progress. Currently, Highrise does not have any built-in sales pipeline reporting.
Looking for more reporting and pipeline functionality? A 3rd party integration might help.
Highrise is not involved in the development of any outside integrations. Each one is handled from start to finish by the 3rd party using our API.
