Access Logs

Use access logs if you have a security concern or want to see recent Highrise access.

Access logs are broken down per day and per hour and show history for the last 14 days.

The logs include access from desktops, mobile devices and tablets, the iOS app, calendars, and other integrations. The logs also display operating systems and browsers as applicable.

Your access log

Go to your  My Info page.

If you’re an admin or a user, this link will be under the  Settings section in the right corner of the account. The Account Owner will find this link under the Account & settings section in the right corner of the account.

Click  your Access log on the right side of the page.

You can jump to a specific date over the last 14 days using the list of the left side of the page.

If you are an admin or the Account Owner, you can toggle to the Team Access Log by clicking the View team access log link in the right hand corner of the page.

Only  Account Owner and admins are able to view the team access log of all users.

Go to the  Users page.

Click  Team Access log on the right side of the page.

You can jump to a specific date over the last 14 days using the list of the left side of the page.

From the team access log, you can toggle to your individual log by clicking the View your access log link in the right hand corner of the page.
