Manage Tags

You can manage the tags in Highrise from the  Tags link on the right side of your Contacts tab.

Rename or delete tags

Select a tag to find an option to rename or delete it.

Here you can adjust the name of the tag by clicking  Rename tag. You can delete the tag by clicking the Delete this Tag link.

Find options to turn on or off email updates, show activity, and view contacts with the tag from this page too.

Please note: Tags cannot be restored from your trash can at this time. Be careful before clicking the Delete this tag link. If you delete a tag by accident, please contact support. Click on the Contact Us bubble on the bottom-right side of the page to reach our support team.
