Subscribe to a Contact

You can subscribe to automatic updates about any contact in Highrise. Click Subscribe to daily digest emails on the right side on the contact's page.

You will receive a daily digest email about the contact whenever updates occur. The daily digest email notifies you about new notes, emails and comments added to this person.

Emails are sent once per day by 9 am.

You will only receive an email if something was added on the previous day. If you think you're missing a digest, please check your spam folder.

Turn Daily Digests Off

You can turn off the email updates by clicking You are subscribed to daily digest emails on the right side of the contact page.

Here click Unsubscribe to stop receiving emails about the contact.
