Troubleshooting integrations

If you're experiencing trouble with an integration you built, please contact our support team. Click on the Contact Us bubble on the bottom-right side of the page to reach our support team.

A few pieces of information that can help us trouble-shoot:

• an example of a request that is being made to our API
• the specific error you're seeing from the integration
• the API Key that is being used to integrate the accounts

All this information helps us determine what might be causing problems. For specific API questions, check out our official API documentation.

Using a 3rd party wrapper or API library and having trouble? Contact the 3rd party or submit a pull request to improve it. We can't improve 3rd party wrappers or libraries.
