Browser Trouble
Some users encounter problems with Highrise when using a browser with a certain extension or set in a certain mode. If you're having trouble, the following might help.
Apple Safari
If you cannot login from Safari, check your settings to make sure javascript is enabled and that cookies are allowed. This video shows how to check your settings in Safari:
Google Chrome
If you have problems while using Google Chrome, try disabling these browser extensions:
- Evernote Web Clipper
- HTTPS Everywhere
- Read Later Everywhere
- TamperMonkey
- RSS Web Subscriber
Try to run Chrome in Incognito mode too.
Firefox
If you have problems while using Firefox, try disabling browser extensions and run Firefox in Safe Mode.
Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer may display certain pages incorrectly, or even tell you that you are using an older version of Internet Explorer. Check if Compatibility Mode
is turned on, as this is the likely culprit.
