Pinning Notes & Emails
You can pin notes and emails to the top of any contact, case, or deal page in Highrise. Notes and emails cannot be pinned to the Latest Activity tab.
Pinning notes and emails on contact pages
When viewing a contact page, hover over the note or email to reveal the pin icon in the right corner.
Click the pin
icon.
Once pinned, the note or email will appear at the top of the contact's activity feed. You will see a confirmation that the note or email has been pinned.
If multiple items are pinned, the most recently pinned item will appear at the top of the page.
Unpin a note or email by clicking the pin
icon again or the Undo
link on the pinned notification. The note or email will return to the activity feed sorted in chronological order by date.
Important: If a note or email is associated with a case or deal, pinning it on a contact page will not also pin it on the case or deal page.
Pinning notes and emails to a Case or Deal
When viewing a case or deal page, hover over a note or email to find the pin icon in the right corner.
Click the pin
icon.
Once pinned, the note or email will appear at the top of the case's or deal's activity feed. You will also find a notification confirming the note or email has been pinned.

Pinning from a note's page
You can pin a note to the activity feed of a contact when viewing the note.
Click Pin
at the top of the note.
Once pinned, you can return to the contact's page to find the note at the top of the activity feed.
Clicking Pinned
will unpin the note from the activity feed.
