Step 1: Forward Email to Create Contacts

Contacts are at the heart of Highrise. They're the people and the companies you want to manage and communicate with. So, the first thing you're going to do in Highrise is to add contacts! Here's how to do that:

Forward important emails from your inbox

You have a unique email address in Highrise which you can use to forward emails with, called a dropbox address, Forward *any* email to this address to instantly create contacts and attach the email to that contact. 

Here's how to find your dropbox address, and how to  create contacts in Highrise in 15 seconds by forwarding any email in your inbox to that address.

Note: You will have a different address than any of your other colleagues who use the account. Every user has their own unique dropbox address so no need to share yours with anyone!
